There is an option to buy only 1913 rail clamp and modify tlr7 sub? I'm asking, because I bought Sig rail for my P365, fits perfectly, but soon I would like to buy P365 FUSE and there is also propably 1913 rail, like in XMACRO ;/
I was looking for the reason why TLR 7 Sub did not work in the x macro and the Holster and this video showed me where the error is... Thank you

Does your TLR7 Sub sit crooked in the pistol frame? Take a look at how the light lines up with your trigger guard.

Why is no one saying that they can just mod a TLR7a holster to an open ended setup, Specially if the main difference is just the light shroud?!
Because in many cases, that isn't true. On lots of light-bearing holsters, the kydex molded over the end of the light bezel is main thing that controls the insertion depth of the firearm into the holster. If you cut that away, or remold it to allow a longer bezel through, the gun may no longer register at the intended depth and may not engage properly with the retention features of the holster. Also, if the bezel is poking out of the end of the holster, the entire firearm is much more susceptible to being bumped up out of place, potentially exposing the trigger while the gun is still in the holster.

I’m assuming this works for the 356 axg legion since it’s basically the same gun?
No, it doesn't. Sig made the rail position on the AXG Legion lower than on the polymer version, so the light sits in a different position, and will not fit the holster properly. It's frustrating, but very typical of Sig.

Does the tlr7 hlx fit on sub guns like glock 43x and sig 365x?
No. Those guns are only compatible with the TLR-7 Sub
Glad you took time to explain this, as im on fence about to even buy an wml or keep running my edc light with my edc carry. Finding holsters is the pain. And the info about those duty lights got me really thinking.

I appreciate the enthusiasm, but light-bearing M&P holsters are very low on our priority list for development, so that's unlikely to be available anytime soon.
Can we cut the end of the holster out to hold both light bezels? I don’t even know where the retention is on the tlr7 light
The bezel face is the main stop that controls how far the gun/light can be inserted into the holster, so I would not recommend cutting it away in an attempt to allow the HL-X to fit.
Crazy that they put out a TLR 7 HLX running more lumens and candela than TLR 10.

Yes, you could use SHS clips to cant the holster.
Is the whole buckle metal or just the lever. Trying to determine if there are more than one version mine is polymer
Only the lever is metal. The remainder of the buckle is polymer.

The HL-X/RM1 head will not give older TLR7 bodied lights near the same output of the dedicated HL-X body due to drivers/circuitry. Can’t wait to see what you guys have coming out, @henryholsters This new HL-X has met all the hype I put on it and I know your holsters are always solid.

I recommend 8cfm or more, so a Robinair 15800 is the minimum unit I'd suggest

I don't know. I don't use thick leather belts and don't keep any in the shop for testing, so I can't say for sure.
What key did you use on TLR7 sub 1913 for the p365 x macro?
We designed our own key for that combo, and include it for free with every Ember holster for the xMacro
Did you ever do the video mentioned at the end? I'm experiencing the 1.5" belt vs 1.5"+ clip issue and it sometimes allows the holster tip in such a way it impedes grip access, which I am not a fan of.

I don't know. It might, but super thick gun belts are a challenge. I'd recommend Soft Loops over DCC Mod4 Clips
The shipping automation is very cool. However, I would suggest changing the start with moving the metal folder and retrieving the blue bins. Also, we did ship online orders via USPS but stopped for a few reasons: 1) They were losing packages all the time, 2) we have a daily 4 PM UPS pickup so 99% of orders go out same day 3) we standardized and only ship UPS so no need to fill out different shipping labels and we get a better discount this way.
We've made a bunch of changes since this video, so the layout you see here has been substantially revised. We stick with USPS because the overwhelming majority of our packages are under 1lb, and can travel safely in a padded mailer. UPS simply isn't price-competitive for us in that package class.

Noob here. Just installed this exact model on this exact gun. My thumb seems pretty far from the switch of the light. Is it meant to be closer or are you meant to activate with your trigger finger?

Are you able to remove the compensator after applying threadlocker?
Yes, but it will require careful removal to not damage the comp. It should be left installed for cleanings, and only removed if you plan to leave it off the gun permanently.

Which TRL for the California version
You'll want the "Sig" labeled TLR-7 Sub that fits the proprietary rail of the P365 and P365XL.

@@jasonharrold6686 the video shows a P365XL. The CA compliant P365 has a shorter barrel and slide, but uses the same light.
